Gabriel Edgal

Gabriel is a corporate turnaround expert, having engineered significant business transformations of companies with operations on the continent and a member of the Board of Directors of Oakwood Knowledge Academy.
He is an astute management and financial expert with about 30 years’ experience and a comprehensive understanding of doing business in Africa. He has served as CEO of UBA Africa, MD of UBA Ghana and MD of First Atlantic Bank Ghana.
He is passionate about training, mentorship and public speaking. He currently sits on the board of a number of organizations

Catherine Alloh

Catherine Alloh is a Corporate Lawyer who holds a law degree from the London South Bank University (LLB; 2000) and was called to the Ghana Bar in 2002 (BL). She also attained a Master of Science Degree in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London (International Programs) in 2017 and appointed a Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana in 2017. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and has benefited greatly from management development programs in the areas of company secretarial and corporate governance, credit management, corporate finance, detection of fraud within financial institutions, resolution of international trade disputes and alternate dispute resolution, among others.

Sola Babatunde

Sola Babatunde is the General Manager for The Oakwood Knowledge Academy Limited. A former University Lecturer who still enjoys imparting knowledge in others and has continued to do so for the past 22 years in the banking sector after leaving the academic environment. He has experience working in African countries and in a global banking organization operating in 19 African countries as the Deputy Group Treasurer where he trained and mentored staff across Africa. He also played vital roles in setting up the treasury departments of the Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique subsidiaries. He also served in various positions at Senior Management level acquiring vast experience in Treasury and Cash Management, Banking Operations, Risk Management, Structured Trade Finance, Correspondent Banking and Relationship Management of both financial and non-bank financial institutions.
